First off, there is the head of the Tantus Max O2 Dildo. While not as pronounced as the coronal ridge of the Tantus Cush, Max has a large and obvious head, with realistic wrinkles around its base and a very defined frenulum. Max’s shaft has clearly delineated, not to mention large, veins running up and down its sides. Even though I whine about my issues with realistic sex toys, somehow I really admire these details.

One of the reasons I really wanted to review the Tantus Max O2 Dildo, as opposed to one of the other O2 Dildos, such as Mikey O2 or Mark O2, is because of the testicles. Yep, the girl who gets so weirded out by realistic toys, wanted balls attached to her dildo. The Tantus Max is actually my first testicled (totally a word) dildo. I thought it might be an interesting change, and I was right. I am loving these half-balls. Does that make them kinda like Half Man Tyrion Lannister?

Other than the shape and placement of these halved testicles, they really aren’t life-like. They are perfectly sized and proportioned, unlike any man I’ve ever seen. In consistency, they feel very much like the tip of the head of the Tantus Max O2, which is to say they are squishier than the rest of the dildo.
